有说调整 edgesForExtendedLayout
somebody says: edgesForExtendedLayout
有说调整 automaticallyAdjustsScrollViewInsets
and the others says: automaticallyAdjustsScrollViewInsets
其实调整 UITableViewStyleGrouped 到 UITableViewStylePlain
Actually：set UITableViewStyleGrouped ‘s UITableViewStylePlain
